One of Britain’s top banks, NatWest, has publically admitted to a technical failure of its ATMs, online and telephone banking systems, after customers all across the country had problems performing simple operations or even accessing their accounts. The news comes less than a year after a similar incident, when millions couldn’t pay their bills or transfer money for days. The bank’s customer service adviser issued the statement, but gave no explanation as to why the crash occurred.
